The Elite Rewards program gives you instant rewards throughout the Club.

Earn points every time you play the Club’s gaming machines with your membership card inserted, or swipe your card when making a purchase at one of the Club’s food, beverage or service areas.

All Members are automatically registered to start earning Elite Rewards points. New members start on the Elite Rewards Red level and can then escalate to the advanced levels.

Keep earning Elite Rewards points and start enjoying more exclusive privileges and discounts.

Use your points to pay for purchases in the Club or redeem points for cash.

• Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend at a Point of Sale in the Redcliffe Leagues Club.

• Earn 1 point for every $5 turnover on an Electronic Gaming Machine with your card inserted.

• Unlock a range of bonuses and offers on the Elite Rewards Kiosks.

• Redeem cash by swiping your card at an Elite Rewards Kiosk.

• Pay for meals at the Koopa Café or Bistro Forty20.

• Enjoy a cold beverage from one of our bars. Simply swipe your card and use your points to pay.

HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?

Redeeming your REWARDS points is simple. Just present your membership card at the point of purchase and advise the staff that you want to use points. If you choose to redeem for cash you can do this through an Elite Rewards Kiosk or by asking one of our Gaming staff for help. The value of the transaction will be deducted from your points, where each point is worth 1c (100 points = $1).

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I NEED TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL?

Swipe your card at an Elite Rewards Kiosk for a real time indication of how close you are to advancing to the next level.

HOW LONG ARE MY POINTS VALID FOR?

You have 12 months to redeem your points within the Club from the time points are earned. Any unused points will be forfeited. Gold and Diamond members do not have a points expiry.

WILL I STAY ON THE SAME LEVEL?

All members have the opportunity to increase their level at any time. Once you qualify to tier up, you will automatically advance and immediately start enjoying additional benefits and rewards. Levels will be recalculated every quarter, on the first day of January, April, July and October.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY LEVEL HAS CHANGED?

Swipe your membership card at an Elite Rewards Kiosk to view your current tier level and associated benefits.

HOW DO I INCREASE MY POINTS BALANCE SO I CAN ADVANCE FASTER?

Choose Redcliffe Leagues Club as your venue of choice and keep an eye out for member specials and ways to earn bonus points/credits.
