New Look Bistro is Coming to Dolphins

Work is underway on the new look bistro at the Dolphins which will replace Bunny’s Family Restaurant.

Members can expect a fresh new look and new menu, in the same location as Bunny’s. The most popular feature, the salad bar, will remain. “We spoke to our members and many of them said they find the best value at the Dolphins because they can pick and choose what they want from the free salad bar. Our salads are all made on site, from fresh ingredients,” CEO Tony Murphy said.

Food and Beverage Manager, Peter Hurley said that he will be incorporating Mediterranean influences in the new menu, while keeping the modern Australian theme. “We like to introduce new ideas to the menu, but ultimately, we want to serve good quality, consistent meals. Our members tell us they keep coming back because they know what to expect every time- quality at a good price,” Hurley said.

Members will see some subtle changes taking place in the week beginning 18th April however Bunny’s will continue to operate. Starting Monday 24th April, the bistro will be relocated temporarily to DHQ while the trades take over and create the new look.

During this period, members and guests can order their meals from a special menu in DHQ which will be set up with everything necessary to operate as normal. DHQ theme nights will not take place during this period however the Arabian Nights buffet will go ahead as normal on Thursday 20th April.

The new décor and new menu are not the only changes to the bistro. A new name will also be revealed. The Club hopes to unveil the new look Bistro in early June.
